We will charge the main group owner for the shares of other members that have not paid their share. This is a setting that is on by default.

If you have this setting turned off, then 2 things can happen.

  1. If you have a Fuse score above 400, we will still pay out your bill. You will then have 2 weeks to pay us back for the failed share before your group is put on hold.

  2. If you have a Fuse score below 400, your bill will not be paid out on time by Fuse. Every member of your group must pay us their share before we can payout to your biller.

It is important to mention that when you do not pay your bills on time, your service providers have the right to turn off the service at any point or charge you late fees.

It will not be because of Fuse this is happening but because someone in your group was not able to pay your share of the bill on time.
